Acceptable use policy

1. Who this applies to

1.1 This policy applies to every use of FlowFinds — the application, the API, the storefronts it generates and the agents it runs — by an account holder and by anyone acting under their account.

1.2 You are responsible for the conduct of your users and for content published on a storefront generated for you, whether the text was written by you or drafted by the agent and approved by you.

2. Goods and offers you must not sell

FlowFinds may not be used to source, price, list or sell:

• counterfeit goods, or goods infringing a trademark, design or copyright;
• weapons, ammunition, explosives, or parts and conversion devices for them;
• controlled drugs, precursors, prescription medicines, or products marketed as treating or curing a disease;
• medical devices, supplements, cosmetics or child-contact products without the conformity documentation the market you sell into requires;
• stolen goods, hacked accounts, personal data sets, credentials, or tooling whose main purpose is fraud;
• sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material that sexualises a real identifiable person without consent;
• goods subject to sanctions or export control that you are not licensed to trade, or trade with a party on an applicable sanctions list;
• wildlife, protected species or their parts, and anything else whose sale is unlawful where you or your buyer is located.

2.1 Where a category is lawful but regulated — alcohol, tobacco and vaping, financial products, gambling, age-restricted goods — you may sell it only if you hold the licences and apply the age and identity checks the law requires, and you must be able to show us those on request.

3. Honest selling

3.1 Do not publish claims about a product you know or suspect to be false, including invented test results, fabricated reviews, fabricated scarcity, or a “was” price that was never charged.

3.2 Do not misrepresent delivery times, origin, or who you are. A storefront must not imply an association with a brand, retailer or public figure that does not exist.

3.3 The agent will draft copy that is more confident than the evidence supports if you ask it to. Publishing that copy is your decision and your responsibility; generated wording is never a defence to a misleading-practices claim.

3.4 Do not use FlowFinds to run a scheme whose returns depend on recruitment rather than the sale of goods.

4. Platform integrity

4.1 Do not create multiple accounts to obtain additional usage allowance, to hold more product claims than one account permits, or to place a product beyond the reach of other founders without intending to sell it.

4.2 Do not manipulate the referral programme. The rules, including what counts as a qualifying referral, are in the referral programme terms; self-referral, incentivised sign-ups and automated sign-ups are breaches of this policy as well as of those terms.

4.3 Do not attempt to circumvent metering, rate limits, entitlement checks or the claim and hold system, and do not resell agent capacity as though it were your own service.

4.4 Do not attempt to extract system prompts, model weights or evaluation content, or use output to train a competing model.

5. Technical conduct

5.1 Do not probe, scan or test the security of our systems except as permitted by the responsible disclosure policy, which explicitly invites good-faith research within its stated scope.

5.2 Do not interfere with other tenants, attempt to reach data belonging to another account, or send traffic designed to degrade the service.

5.3 Do not use FlowFinds to send unsolicited bulk email, to scrape a third-party site in breach of its terms, or to create accounts on another platform in breach of that platform’s rules.

6. Agent authority

6.1 FlowFinds deliberately withholds certain powers from the agent — it drafts organic campaign material but publishes nothing, and it does not move money. The reasoning is set out at safety approach.

6.2 Do not build automation that removes a human approval step we have deliberately placed in the product, or that presents agent output to your buyers as a human statement where the law requires disclosure.

7. Enforcement

7.1 We investigate reports and signals of abuse. Depending on severity we may warn you, remove or unpublish content, restrict a feature, suspend the account, or terminate the agreement.

7.2 We act immediately and without prior warning where there is a risk of harm to a person, a live security threat, or clear unlawfulness. Otherwise we tell you what the problem is and give you a reasonable chance to fix it.

7.3 We report to the competent authority where the law requires it. We do not volunteer customer data to anyone else without legal obligation — see privacy policy.

7.4 To appeal an enforcement decision, reply to the notice we sent, or write to [email protected]. A person, not an automated system, reviews the appeal.
