How to reach sales, support, press, security and legal.

Six addresses, each read by the people who can actually resolve what is sent to it. Picking the right one is the whole of the difference between a same-day answer and a forwarded message. Everything below reaches FlowFinds Solutions Kft., registered in Hungary.

AddressUse it forWhat to expect
[email protected]Anything commercial or unclassified: what the product does, whether it fits, pricing questions, partnerships, and speculative applications for work.A reply from a person, on business days. Include what you are trying to do, not only what you want to buy.
[email protected]A store that is not behaving: a failed run, a charge you do not recognise, an order or supplier problem, an account you cannot reach.Faster if you write from the address on the account and include the store and the time the problem occurred.
[email protected]Journalists and analysts: interviews, comment, fact-checking a claim before publication, and requests for logo files or approved descriptions.Tell us your deadline in the first line. We would rather correct a draft than a published article.
[email protected]Vulnerabilities and suspected compromise. This is the only address monitored specifically for security reports.Read the disclosure policy first; it states our acknowledgement and remediation commitments.
[email protected]Contracts, notices, law-enforcement and regulatory requests, trademark questions, and anything about the agreements governing use of FlowFinds.Formal notice under any of our agreements is served here, not to any other address.
[email protected]Data-protection matters: access, correction, deletion and portability requests, questions about a sub-processor, and data-protection agreements.Say which right you are exercising and which account it concerns, so we can verify you before we act.

Reporting a vulnerability

Send it to [email protected] and read the responsible disclosure policy before you do. It sets out what is in scope, what testing is permitted against live stores, the acknowledgement and remediation timelines we commit to, and our position on public disclosure. Do not report a vulnerability through support; it is a slower path and a more public one.

If your store is broken right now

Open the support centre before writing an email. It carries current incident notices and the answers to the failures people hit most often, which is usually faster than a reply. If the answer is not there, mail [email protected]. Platform-wide incidents are also reflected in our availability commitment.

What we cannot answer by email

We do not give trading, tax or legal advice about your business, we do not confirm or deny who our customers are, and we do not quote a benchmark figure in correspondence — every number we stand behind is on the research pages, attached to the run that produced it. Questions about using our name or marks are answered on the brand page before they need an email.
