Supported countries

FlowFinds is offered from Hungary, under Hungarian and EU law, and it is built for founders who can be billed in euro or forint by our payment provider. Rather than publish a list of country names that would be wrong the week a payment route changes, this page states the conditions that decide availability — and names the places we cannot serve at all.

Where FlowFinds is available today

• The European Economic Area and Switzerland. This is the home market. The product, the billing, the invoices, the consumer rights and the data protection framework all assume it, and everything described in the legal documents is written for it.
• The United Kingdom. Supported, with the note that your obligations as a seller — VAT, consumer information, product compliance — are UK obligations and not the EU ones the product’s defaults assume.
• Elsewhere, on request. If you can be billed by our payment provider, are not in an excluded jurisdiction below, and accept that support is provided in English on European working hours, write to [email protected] and we will tell you plainly whether we can serve you.

What availability actually depends on

• Billing. Card payments are taken by a Hungarian payment institution in euro or forint. If it cannot accept a card issued in your country, we cannot bill you, and no other part of the service can compensate for that. See sub-processors.
• Sanctions and export control. We do not provide the service where EU, Hungarian or applicable international sanctions prohibit it, or to a party listed under them.
• Data protection. Our commitments are written to the GDPR. We can operate for customers outside the EEA, but we do not offer localised terms for another jurisdiction’s privacy regime.
• Language and hours. The product, the documentation and support are in English. Legal documents are published in English; a Hungarian version is provided on request for Hungarian consumers.

Excluded jurisdictions

We do not provide FlowFinds to anyone ordinarily resident or established in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive EU sanctions, nor to any person or entity on an applicable sanctions list, nor for the benefit of either. Accounts identified as falling within this are closed and any balance is returned where the law permits it.

Where you can sell

Availability of FlowFinds is a separate question from where you may sell. A store generated for you can be shown anywhere; whether you may lawfully sell a given product into a given market depends on that market’s rules and is your responsibility as the merchant of record, under clause 3 of the commercial terms and the acceptable use policy.

Tell us at [email protected]. The constraint is nearly always the payment route, so say what currency you would pay in and where your card is issued. Knowing which markets people are asking for is how the next one gets added, and this page is updated when one is.
