Suppliers, payment providers and platforms FlowFinds works with.
This page lists the organisations FlowFinds actually depends on to work, and describes each relationship as what it is. An integration is called an integration. Where we hold no partner status, badge or certification with a company, the page says so rather than leaving a logo to imply one.
The list is short because the backend was deliberately built with few dependencies. The origin runs on hardware we operate ourselves in the European Union, so there is no hosting provider on it.
Categories
Payments. Taking money from an operator, and taking money on an operator's behalf. Card details are entered on the provider's own page and never reach our systems.
Email. Sign-in links, order and account mail, and the inbound mailbox the support agent answers from.
Network. What sits in front of the origin: DNS, TLS termination and protection against hostile traffic. The origin itself runs on hardware we operate in the European Union.
Model provider. Inference for the agents that research products, write store copy and draft campaign material. This is a category we maintain rather than fix; the current provider is named below.
Domains. Registration and availability for the domain a launched store runs on, including the domain funded as part of a first launch.
Suppliers. Sourcing for the products the agent recommends. Terms are read into the supplier surface as price, lowest observed listing, margin basis and expected unit economics.

The final column is not decoration. Every organisation marked yes is a sub-processor under the GDPR and appears on the sub-processor list, which is the controlling record: it states what each party receives, where it is processed and on what transfer basis, and it is the page that carries the thirty days’ notice before that list changes. If this page and that one ever disagree, that one is correct.
Suppliers
Suppliers are the one category on this page we do not name. Naming a source of supply publicly is a competitive disclosure for the operator selling the product, and we have no supplier consent to publish. What we will state is how the relationship works.
- Sourcing terms enter the product as data: unit price, the lowest listing observed in the market, the margin basis, and the expected unit cost and profit that follows from them.
- The margin an operator is shown is derived from those terms rather than asserted, and the listings it was derived from are shown alongside it.
- We take no payment from a supplier in exchange for a product being recommended. A recommendation that could be bought would make the evidence behind it worthless.

Two categories we maintain rather than fix
The model provider behind the agent, and the payment route for a given currency or market, are both positions we expect to change. We name the current occupant of each rather than describing it as “leading providers”, and we revise the list when it moves. A vague list would never need correcting, which is exactly what is wrong with one.
What we obtain from each of them in writing
Every party that processes personal data for us is bound by a written agreement meeting Article 28 GDPR: they process only on our instructions, do not use the data for their own purposes, do not use it to train models, and report a breach to us within 48 hours. Those obligations are published in full as sub-processor terms, and we remain liable to you for what they do.
Working with us
We are open to suppliers, payment providers and platforms, and closed to arrangements in which money changes what an operator is recommended. Nobody can pay for a product to be ranked higher or presented as a better opportunity than its evidence supports; commitment 13 of the charter is the version of that we can be held to.
