Deleting your account and your data
What is deleted, what is kept and for how long, and how long a deletion takes to leave backups.
Write to the privacy address from the email on the account. The retention schedule on the data handling page says what is deleted immediately, what is retained for a stated legal reason and for how long, and why a deleted record takes up to thirty days to disappear from backups.
The privacy policy sets out the rights you hold over your personal data and how to exercise each of them. Requests are answered within the period the policy states.
